In the AI Living films, the humour lived in personality, expression and comic timing — exactly what AI is said not to handle.
The final images were made with AI, but the process started earlier, with a real casting process in New York. With LOBO, we handled casting and talent mapping, then rolled cameras to capture performances that would serve as references for building and directing the characters. Those performances became the foundation for identity, acting and timing across the scenes, within a formal framework for image-use authorization.
